Om for Two
This yoga class is designed to support you in connecting mind, body, and spirit as you journey through your pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is necessary as postures are modified for mom’s changing body. Give yourself time to enjoy the steps along the way to your little one’s arrival, connect with other pregnant women, move in a way that feels good and relieves common pregnancy ailments. Prenatal yoga is low-impact and a great way to be active during pregnancy while bonding with your little one. Please consult your care provider before starting this class with any concerns you have regarding your pregnancy.
What To Bring To Class:
Yoga Mat (or borrow a studio mat)
Water (to stay hydrated)
Light Snack (in case your blood sugar needs a boost)
Layers (Body temps can fluctuate in pregnancy)
